Tech Sales Dataset

Overview: As the BI Developer for TechSales, a company specializing in computer hardware for large businesses, the task was to create an interactive dashboard to help sales managers monitor their teams' performance. Additionally, the dashboard provided executives with an overview of the company's performance. 

KPIs Analyzed:

Sales:

• Total sales: The dashboard displays the total revenue from completed deals.
• Sales per Quarter: The report shows revenue for each quarter and allows for further drill-down to the month level.
• Manager Sales: Revenue figures are available for each sales manager.
• Regional Sales: Revenue data is presented for each regional office.

Products:

• Sales from Series: The dashboard shows the revenue generated from each product series.
• Orders for Each Product: This helps identify popular products by showing the number of deals per product.
• Sales Comparison: Compares sales figures between the current and previous quarters for each product.

Accounts:

• Customer Revenue: Displays revenue figures for each customer.
• Country Revenue: Shows revenue figures for each country.
• Customer Product Revenue: Displays revenue from products purchased by customers, useful for reviewing the product line.
• Deals Won and Lost: Indicates the win rate for deals.

Sales Teams:

• Manager Revenue: Displays revenue figures for each manager.
• Deal Stages: Shows the number of deals won, lost, in engagement, and in prospecting stages for each sales person, providing insight into individual performance.
• Sales Funnel: Illustrates the number of deals at each stage of the sales process.
• Sales Agent Product Sales: Displays sales figures for each product by sales agent, aiding in performance assessment and product line review.
